We provide comprehensive development services encompassing Hardware design, firmware and Application software design, design validation and test automation. Our Hardware design capabilities have been well demonstrated in various projects that we have undertaken (listed below). We have experienced development engineers with wide domain experience to address different problem situations. We follow comprehensive design methodology covering problem analysis, suitable hardware platform selection, solution conceptualisation, basic hardware design, schematic and layout design and prototype assembling and testing and technology transfer. We can also undertake small to medium quantity subsequent production. Our software design capabilities encompass the total product design cycle starting from design and development of basic hardware design test and evaluation software to total product firmware, device testing software based on PC platform and any required application software. Photometric Test System This project provides a comprehensive test and measurement platform for photometric properties of lamps for Quality Control laboratories in Lamp Industry. Parameters such as Voltage, Current, Power, Power factor, Frequency, Luminous flux, Lumens output, Color Rendering index are collected through a control panel and tabulated and reported through a PC based test system. Lifetest Rack for CFL Lamps This project provides a facility to put a large number of CFL lamps in Quality Control Laboratory through LAMP LIFE TEST (upto 8000 hours). Various lamp parameters are individually monitored (for each lamp) and exact duration of lamp life is recorded through a PC based test system.
